KIDS GET A T-SHIRT, BALL AND BAG

San Francisco Vikings Summer Camp

San Francisco Vikings Soccer

SF Viking Summer Camp has been around for years, yet for many of our soccer players it is their first camp experience. Our staff consists of nationally licensed coaches, former professional, and college players, who were selected for their ability to teach and their passion for the game. Register Today!

Our coaches ensure that players of every age and ability level will have fun learning the game of soccer. The low player to coach ratio enables the coaches to provide continuous attention and individual skills training. The camp also provides a variety of group exercises, small-sided games, and full field matches. In addition to this first class training every player will receive an official camp shirt, soccer ball, and bag. At the end of the week every player will also get a personal evaluation from the coaching staff.

We specialize in coaching soccer to 5, 6 and 7 years olds.

The Sharks Need a Coach!

The Sharks Need a Coach!

We are an Under-11 boys team looking for a coach for next fall.  These are some particulars on our team, and the person we are hoping to find.

  • Our team is the Sharks.  The league is San Francisco Vikings.
  • The oldest boy in the class was born 7/3/1999, so the boys will play U-11.
  • All of the boys attend Cathedral School for Boys in San Francisco.
  • We would ideally like to have two practices per week in addition to the Saturday games, beginning in late August or the first week of September, and ending in mid-November.
  • We are flexible with regard to practice day(s), except that Thursday is not possible.
  • In terms of the person we are looking for, the most important things to us are that he: is an experienced coach who can develop the boys’ skills; enjoys 9 year-old boys; and models and expects respect and good sportsmanship.

I am the Sharks parent contact.  My information follows:

Christine Pollak

Home:  415.292-5121
Cell:  415.310-8076

We have a great group of guys – we just need a great coach.  Please give me a call, and we can discuss this opportunity further.

With gratitude,

Christine

Toby – Beach Soccer Academy with Yuri in July

Dear Coach,

I coach an under 10 boy’s team. Recently our team had the pleasure of having Yuri Morales coach a practice for us at Ocean Beach.

Yuri is a member of the US National Beach Soccer Team.

The boys absolutely loved it. The beach playing environment was extremely challenging. I personally think the beach is a valuable training experience for all players. I also think it’s a training environment that is under used.

Yuri will be instructing a beach soccer academy in July. I strongly urge your players to attend. The players I coach will be there.

Here is more information about the Academy.

Thank you,

Toby Rappolt

Here is what the players and parents said about Yuri’s beach soccer practice.

“Kai loved it.  I saw the last 5 minutes, and I loved it.”

“I have signed up Roman for Yuri’s beach soccer academy July 26th at 3:30pm. I will take him.”

“I wanted to write you and say it was Incredible!  So: I’m glad you asked.
It was an incredibly beautiful day.
Yuri had lots of enthusiasm, and the kids really seemed to listen and respect him.

A highlight was that he played ONE against EIGHT at the end (Yuri being the one) and taught them all bicycle kicks in the sand.”

“Cool thing. I just signed Ido up for the Academy 7/26. Yay!”

“Luca “Yuri was awesome!  He taught us how to do bicycle kicks!””

“Yuri Morales is great; we loved yesterday’s Beach Fun!!”

“William loved today’s practice with Yuri – said it was great.”

“Alessandro LOVED it!”

“Sasha loved it and hopes to attend the July 26th event.”

“Andre loved the practice!”
